When ordering personalised items, please take care to ensure that spelling and punctuation are correct, as this is EXACTLY how it will appear on your item.

Shipping

We offer local ‘pick up’ and postage. 

Local pick up is available by pre-arranged appointment from Tullamarine, Keilor Downs or Hillside.

Postage is calculated during checkout and is dependent on the weight and size of the products purchased.

Refunds

Our personalised items are hand made by us and we will always make sure the customer is happy with the product they receive. Please keep in mind that sometimes minor imperfections may occur.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on personalised items.
